Can having depression affect the way your breasts grow when te are going through puberty?

If you're not eating well because of depression, I would think that would influence how your breasts develop. As far as the interplay between female hormones and brain chemicals, I have no idea. I did a quick check on a med site, and I didn't find anything directly on point. I do know from experience, however, that anxiety and depression will interfere with the menstrual cycle. I didn't get my period for a full anno because I was so stressed out da grad school.
