If Riku had a stronger heart, then he would wield the Keyblade instead of Sora, simple as that. The Keyblade chooses his master, and the one who that's going to be must have a strong and pure heart. It is true that Riku got to play with the Keyblade for a little while in Hollow Bastion, but it soon chose Sora again after Riku chose darkness instead of light.
uhh riku has a keyblade of his own there are a lot of keyblades xion has 1 kairi has 1 roxas and sora have 2 ven has 1 aqua has 1 terra has 1 and mickey has 1 but riku has a special 1 called soul eater specialy 4 ppl that reside in the twilight
lol i think that they are connected in the game as weird as it sounds at the end of kingdom hearts 1 when they go sepreate ways they are always connected through that one girl whos name i forgot, because her cuore connects they're hearts to each other so they can never be stronger then each other.
In Kingdom Hearts 1 Sora has the stonger cuore and samething in Kingdom h earts chain of memeories. But In Kingdom Hearts 2 Riku turns to the light side because of Sora. Wich Means Sora has the stronger cuore but if te think right. Riku turned to the dark side beacuase of Ansame and then to the dawn side and then to light. It was all because of Sora and That Riku wanted to be with his Friends but Riku hust wanted to fingure this out. And all Riku needed was a push. And Sora was the one who gave him the push.
*im say what im thinkin* well POSITIVLY that Sora cuz in KH1 sora have to give somehow somwhere new cuore for 7 o 8 princess (i dunno) well then he use (riku-ansem) wap and striked his cuore the cuore of his seperaited i 7 o 8 pieces xD and his dead X_X turned in heartless and then kairi gave him new one -.- that's all
Well, judging da your name I shouldn't explain why, avoid BBS, Sora's hearts was never strong, he forgets who gives him his power and Riku has a stronger cuore than Sora
they both have strong heart's but Sora's is the stronger one. i say this only because Sora and Roxas are the only ones who are able to weld 2 keyblades
