I dont think so, why would Chihiro look back again when she went out the tunnel and the first time she went there, she was so afraid and dependent but when she got out, when her papa detto that a new school and a new home may be tough but Chihiro replied i think i can handle it as a sign that she became più Ribelle - The Brave and strong through the experiences she had in the spirit world... she remember everything especially Haku XD

It is mentioned da director and creator Hayao Miyazaki that Chihiro has 'lost' all her memories of the Spirit World following her exiting of the tunnel.
