Which season was the episode where Jack showed up as a little kid?

I remember one part of the episode where a kid shows up claiming to be Jack and trying to convince Carter but i dont remember which season it was in o what happened.

They determine that they must find this Asgard to fix what has been done to Jack. (copied from IMDB) I personally Amore that episode, especially since Michael Welch does a wonderful job of bringing the quirks and the adorableness we know from adult Jack into the mix of having that brain in a teenage body.
