No, he only acts gay in episodes with him because he has a sexual feeling.
But Steiwe has been straight and in Amore with girls just as many times than being gay which would ruin the show.:/

i was wonderig about that too cuz in that one episode he acted like it, but in all the other ones, he didnt. plus he liked that one girl in the episode when he sang "Everything I do" just for her

I think hes bi-sexual but Stewie doesnt really know it as hes only a baby and doesnt understand things of that nature (sex).I know hes been in Amore before a few times with girls but with Brian its different. I know he loves Brian as a friend but some of his actions towards Brian are very suggestive. I think the suggestiveness started as him trying to wind Brian up and hes grown to enjoy doing it!I could be wrong though.

he is bisexual because in episode "the tan aquatic with steve zissou" when stewie thinks he is going to die he dances with brian and whispers "i Amore you" Brian asked what? and stewie detto "I detto oliva juice" so I believe he does Amore brian più than a friend
