The truth is, not really. However, those who believe in leaving the mostra due to its "lack of brother storyline","apocalyptic visualizzazioni da adding angels" o "it died along time ago" are all jerks for saying such things and giving up on its "long run" (a whapping 7 seasons thus far) persona. But on the other hand, quite a few other shows have lasted long as well (Lost and Friends being two great examples) but still being loved for what it is. And that right there is what makes us Supernatural fan stick with this ever changing masterpiece.
However, like every mostra each of us are linked to, the fan seem to have well... their own cons and pros to go along with it. For those of te who think I'm a liar, I truely am not because I bet te anything if te think about it, it also did with your own preferito show. But the whole point of this articolo is to mostra what truely makes us fan and what truely makes us have a few "mishaps" along with it~
Here is a lista of some notable Pros I can name off da my own experience of being a Fan:
Pros
1. Our Know-How of Mythology
One thing that makes us true fan is our everlasting interest in mythology. Some of us of course could relate, as if being one of the most pronounced object of the whole show.
Let me put it this way, if te chose one of us fan as your help for a game show, a quiz o Scrivere a fantasy story, te would be on superiore, in alto of your game because as Supernatural Fans, were well-adjusted to the idea of mythology. Any of us could possibly answer te right away with any domanda te could throw at us, making us a very good ally.
2. How to Protect
te may think that common household items such as salt and cleaning supplies would be totally off subject and seemingly random but truthfully, it actually is not. The common condiment Salt, o Na as detto on the Periodic Table, is a highly effective substance for harming demons temporarily and offending off ghosts. There is also numerous sigils that we could use for a fonte of protection. 3. Never Gives Up/Leaves Someone Behind
Possibly our must helpful pro is that we don't give up easily o leave any companion behind to suffer alone. Very easy going and protective of those who we Amore (even if it means ourselves). People such as bullies o enemies should be afraid of our prideful style as we take charge of the situation until they are the ones who stops trying. o when a friend is left behind for something, were always willing to unisciti them for a fonte of companionship.
4. Quite Trustworthy
We also are a very trustworthy bunch. All of us are very trustworthy not to just other fan but also to the cast and crew that makes this mostra happen. Secrets are never a problem for us, we can always keep as long as te want it be.
5. Our Undying Urge to Help
Believe it o not but we are also a very charitable bunch as well as trustworthy. We Amore to help those who seek it, we don't ignore them o state a rude commenti just because we want to. If a crew/cast member asked for our help, we will always be willing to give them a hand with it. We're their fans, it is our duty to make sure that we are all in a good mood.
6. Opinionated
We are all very opinionated to any fact, domanda o idea of Supernatural. Each of us are always willing to share our thoughts and ideas to the rest of the community, making life ever so easier to understand. Our voices may be small in the fandom community but we still happen to stand up and speak out to the rest of the crowd which every once in awhile, will gain a new fan to add to our fan lists. And because of this, we despise having the idea of haters o dislike in our comfort zone so we stand up to them until they can no longer reply. We are the protectors of our show's right!
Of course, these are just a couple but our true pro that makes us different from the rest is this
7. Watches the mostra for What it is
We all Amore our mostra for what it is! Our goal is to remain with it until the very end and remember the good times, the bad and the completely hilarous. We believe in the mostra for what it is rather than what it is not. I mean, what is there to lose? It is a risk we're all willing to take for just the Amore of the mostra and how it has impacted all of us.
Now that we covered 7 pros, I would like to share, which I regreat to say, our cons due to our beloved show.
Cons
1. Empathized Emotions
This one is a huge con for us right now due to the Lost of two of our leading men we have all managed to have a special place in our hearts for. When te become attached to a mostra as long as most of us on this spot have, te have a hard time controlling emotions that your charaters have. Connection with those characters cause problems for us, as if we've been pounded for too long and left out to dry while leaking the feelings that character has experienced. For example, when a character dies, your attachment to them will cause te to feel depressed and sad, creating a layered effect. Emotions are things that shouldn't be toyed with and because ours have been pulled in so many directions over the years, we are più proned to be emotional.
2. Obsession
te know that we have Cas Girls, Dean Girls and Sam Girls but what happens when that Amore for your character goes awall? Due to the fact that most of us are females (sorry about that guys) we have an as described as a "undying bound" between ourselves and our preferito guy which, I admit it, gets in the way sometimes. And shortly, it will become a problem, causing cat fights online for one ficional guy. Of course, we know that but it still won't change the way we see our beloved boys/angel as a great companion.
3. War between other Fans
Let us be sure this never happens but there always seems to be a little war going on between us fan sometime. Remember, none of us are perfect and because of that, we wish for our own good, leading to chaos for others. The boys are a great example, each and every single one of us have our own whys on which one we like/pefer better and sometimes this causes problems. o in other words, we are sometimes too opinionated of others. It isn't a good sign that things wouldn't look up, that is for sure. But we always manage to help ourselves out of the rumble da agreeing o managing it out.
4. Problems with Non-Believers/ Haters
As a fan, I truly hate those groups that seem to hate o despise us for our mostra tastes. Some believe in our mostra being "too long" o "stupid storyline now" and this is slowly but surely become a major problem because most of those who say such things had left the mostra to fend for itself, finding it a "waste of time" to even intercept. But what is worst, is that most liked season one and just left it at that, not giving the rest of it a chance. Of course, we won't stand this, will we?
Well there te have it, some Pros and Cons I could think about us. Of course, our fandom is awesome as always and apparently growing, slowly up surely. Hope te guys liked it.
