i was torn between Mary , Ellen & Jo they are all great in there own ways...Tamara is also really good but i think her temper gets in the way sometimes...Grandma D we never really saw her hunt so i couldn't say if she's the best...i'm still a bit confused about the extended family returning i mean Sam did research in Season 3 and all of his mom's family were dead because of Azazel so i don't know if Gwen was demonic or what? She seemed good though :)

I was torn between Ellen and Mary. They're both smarth and very capable.

It was between Ellen and Mary, definitely. I like Jo, but she's a little immature at times. It would have been awesome if they teamed up with Sam, Dean, and John in an alternate universe type episode :]

It's definitely between Mary and Ellen. We don't know enough about Tamara, Gwen or Deanna. Jo is young, immature and I don't think she's a good hunter. She's more of a wannabe.

Mary and Ellen were both strong and able to hold their own. I chose Ellen since she survived longest. I know it doesn't mean she's the better hunter but because we saw more of her skills.
