Who do te think that reptilian-like creature is?

lol at first I thought it was Jackson what with the 2 hours of video missing from the camera but then I realized he was at the lacrosse game when Stiles and Derek were being attacked in the gym. Then my friend detto she thought it was Lydia, which doesn`t make sense because wouldn`t she be a werewolf, if anything, seeing as she was bitten da one? And another friend says it`s the vet but I`m wondering what everyone else was thinking ;)
