It really depends on the storyline, he shouldn't be brought back just for the sake of it

You do have a point, but I'm seeing 2 sides to the idea.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton are returning, then it would be fair to have him return, and see what storyline they have in mind for him.

However, what's putting me off from the idea, is that he's now 59, he hasn't aged well and he probably can't run that fast anymore.
