First television, now movies! Obviously I had to go from ten to twenty because Film are just better.

Honorable Mentions
Also because of this fact, I have like a million honorable mentions that sadly didn't make the cut.
300, Black Snake Moan, Blood & Chocolate, Bang Bang You're Dead, Swordfish, Wicker Park, Thirteen Ghosts, Uptown Girls, Pandorum, Poseidon

Twenty
War - 2007

It's a Jason Statham movie. I mean...he's wonderful. Plus the ending kinda sorta semi blew me away.

Nineteen
Shallow Hal - 2001

Usually if it's not a horror o action movie, it's got to have somebody I Amore in it. I don't Amore anyone in this film. I can't stand Gwyneth, but I do really really Amore this movie. It's genuinely funny and very heartwarming.

Eighteen
One Missed Call - 2008

I can't hear your scoffing and eye rolling over the sound of my insane irrational Amore for this movie. I will defend it to the death!

Seventeen
The Invisible - 2007

Something about this movie just sucks me in. Except it doesn't actually suck. It's got a great heartfelt storyline and great cast. Plus y'know link is fine ASF in this😍 Not that I was looking and actually paid attention to the plot...

Sixteen
Dreamland - 2006

This is where I first heard about my babe Agnes Bruckner and I already loved Justin Long so win win! It's got a good story with some great recitazione but the real winner here is the phenomenal cinematography. They showed New Mexico at its absolute best. Plus it introduced me to one of my link ever.

Fifteen
Sunshine - 2007

Excellent, stellar, A+ cast (Rose Byrne, Cillian Murphy, Chris Evans!!). Beautiful scenery. Interesting and ~meaningful~ plot. Eargasmic (that's a word I made it one) soundtrack. This movie has actually everything 100/100

Fourteen
The farfalla Effect - 2004

Never would I have ever thought I'd Amore an Ashton Kutcher movie. He's actually not bad in this movie and UGH that plot. So original and emotional. Makes me cry ugly tears.

Thirteen
Freddy vs. Jason - 2003

Ummm hello! I worship at the feet of those who originally thought up putting the two greatest horror masters together in this epic cinematic masterpiece! I don't listen to any criticism of this movie because it's wonderfullllll!

Twelve
Across the Hall - 2009

I still can't believe Brittany Murphy is dead, it doesn't seem real. This was one of her last movies, and she was still excellent in it. Even though te could kind of see what's coming, it's still an enjoyable ride.

Eleven
High Tension - 2003

I think I may have only watched this movie one time in the 14 years its been out, but it's one of those that just sits with te forever. The gore is outrageous and the twist ending is something that I never saw coming. A+ would recommend to only horror fan as other minions are too pure for it.

Ten
Trick 'r Treat - 2007

Possibly the best horror anthology to date. It all flows together rather nicely that te almost can't tell its an anthology.

Nine
The Girl successivo Door - 2004

Two of my preferiti are in here (Cuthbert & Olyphant)! I don't know why but I had so much contempt for this movie when I first saw it but after a rewatch I grew to Amore it and now it's one of my all-time favorites. Danielle & Matt are also my preferito movie couple (take that Jack & Rose!).

Eight
Sin City - 2005

WOW talk about excellent cast, this one has the best of them all! Bruce Willis, Brittany Murphy, Jessica Alba, Benicio del Toro...and not to mention the fact that its actually a GOOD movie and very aesthetically pleasing.

Seven
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - 2003

THIS is how horror remakes should be done. I have another on the list, but this one is so amazing when compared to the original. It has everything that one didn't. Atmospheric, moody, ~scary~. I can't praise it enough.

Six
My Bloody Valentine - 2009

The other horror remake on this lista but where I thought TTCM was genuinely good and everything a remake should be, MBV is più on the fun slasher side. But there's nothing wrong with that. I loved the gore in this one too, though some recitazione left much to be desired.

Five
3:10 to Yuma - 2007

I mean Ben Foster though...............sorry, IDEK where my mind went. But anyway this is actually an excellent movie, would recommend to all people, deaf and blind included.

I apologize for the successivo four Film and their placement. I'm sorry if I have betrayed te in any way.

Four
triangolo - 2009

Even everyone who doesn't know me knows of my history with this film. First watch - eh. I had to watch it a secondo time to get it. Fell in Amore with it and 30 rewatches later we are the best of Friends and one of the very few Film that I could actually write a 5000 word essay on the intricacies and hidden meaning throughout.

Three
Brick - 2005

Brendan...before John Wick, there was Brendan Frye. Although two totally different characters. Brick must not just be watched to be enjoyed, it must be experienced. ~Immerse yourself~ into the neo-noir world of teenagers and drugs and laugh at the ridiculous dialogue we're supposed to believe they actually say. ~IMMERSE~

Two
The Descent - 2005

I'm still kinda mad they made a sequel. So mad in fact, I haven't watched it. I'm almost scared to because this one is SO PERFECT I can't taint my image of it. A completely original horror with an unknown cast and a boring sounding plot has absolutely no business being this magnificent.

One
Saw 1-6 - 2004-2009 (7 not included bc it was released in 2010)

Technically I am NOT cheating da having 1-6 as my number one instead of individually, because the first one would be my number one anyway. There are two fandoms I will legitimately fight people to defend - 24, obviously and Saw. I saw EVERY movie in the theater at the midnight showings and for 7 actually forced the theater to stay open as I was the only one going to see it HAH! Talk about intricacies, I can and have gone on soapbox about this series to anyone who will listen. Mostly to people who don't want to listen but are forced to anyway. People who don't know any better think it's just torture porn and they couldn't be più wrong. I'm so beyond ecstatic for Saw: Legacy to be released I will legitimately cry.
