This is the articolo I have been anticipating Scrivere since the beginning of the show.

When ABC's drama series, The Astronaut Wives Club began, we were excited to see the women behind the Mercury 7 astronauts. However, we also came to Amore the couples of he spazio program as well.

In this article, I will rank the couples. fan of this club have voted, and I added up the points based on each of the fanpoppers list. For example, if a couple were first, they would get 7 points, if they were 2nd, they could get 6 points and so te get the idea. ;)

7. Louise and Alan Shepard
It's no surprise this couple is so low. Many people say that men cheat because their wives are not giving them what they want, but Louise put her time in effort into their marriage and he STILL cheated! It is clear that they have a great connection, because Alan always looks to Louise for comfort and Alan tries to make Louise see the fun side of situations, such as when they jumped into a pile of hay. Although they are the lowest on this list, they definitely are a great couple because they are one of the only ones to not get divorced.

6. Marge and Deke Slayton
. Although they have chemistry and a lot of scenes together, they just didn't appeal to users. Eventually this couple divorced. However, it is clear on many occasions that they do Amore one another. Marge is visibly upset when Deke gets grounded, and she cares for him a lot and helps him. When Deke gets grounded it causes a divide between them. Eventually when Deke becomes the chief astronaut, their relationship is repaired and they make up.

5. Annie and John Glenn
It saddens me to see this couple so low. I for one Amore them together. Annie is such a Ribelle - The Brave woman who sacrifices her family life to help her husband John with his career as an astronaut and politician. However, her stuttering is a huge problem for her. But what I Amore it that John cares so much about his wife's needs, that he sacrifices one of his orbits for her; when Lyndon B Johnson wanted to interview her, he was threatened to be grounded but he told her that she doesn't have to have Lyndon Johnson in their home if she didn't want him to be. Such a great, sweet and polite couple.

4. Trudy and Gordo Cooper
Trudy and Gordo. Wow. in the first episode, Trudy and Gordo looked all happy dancing away with one another. What we didn't know until a few secondi later is that they were actually separated. It is shown that Trudy does Amore and care for Gordo, and although they divorce in the end, they did have Amore for one another. However, these two were very different. Trudy had way più ambition than Gordo did, and she was più interested in his career than he was. Trudy went on to begin her own career to try and be a licensed pilot and Gordo remarried.

3. Rene and Scott Carpenter
Rene and Scott are the couple in my opinion who are the best looking and most charismatic. Although this couple has been through a lot of trouble, starting with Rene wanting to pursue her own career that involved journalism and politics and Scott not wanting her to chase fully after her career and just be his wife, it is obvious to fanpoppers that these two have the most and obvious chemistry. They are also my favorite, along with Jo and Wally. It is so sad for me to write this because I honestly wished they stayed together; they are both so beautiful, helpful, and sincere.

2. Jo and Wally Schirra

These two are the panksters and the fun-loving couple. Both Jo and Wally have fun personalities and both support and bring up each otherno matter what. Jo is spunky and has a feisty personality, while Wally is calmer, although he also has a fun personality and is always playing jokes on his fellow astronaut friends. It is shown that these two really Amore each other and support one another, especially during their decision to move. I also Amore how they compete with each other, as shown when they are playing each other in a tennis match. Its no doubt this couple is a fan preferito of fanpops.

1. Betty and Gus Grissom

Betty and Gus were a beautiful couple that had a beautiful relationship that ended too soon. They both always stood da one another and stayed faithful to each other. Both didn't come from exactly rich upbringings, but their Amore was shown many times, for example,when Betty paid for Gus to go to college I believe? They were truly devoted to each other. However, I didn't like when Gus had a slight affair, and although he cheated once, we can't deny that these two were meant of each other.
