The Beatles Domanda

What are your thoughts, as a Beatles fan, on One Direction?

I, like a lot of people, despise them. In a way, I think they are trying to take the Fab 4's fame, even though they never will. But I DO give them respect for not using dubstep in every song they sing. What are your thoughts?

One Direction was a result of an experiment gone horribly wrong when Justin Bieber tried to clone himself/herself then the lab experiments escaped from the lab and tried to go into a band tried to be better than The Beatles and idiots followed the experiments thinking their better than The Beatles to the public and più idiots followed but some people had some sense I am one of those people that had sense but this is my opinion no offense to anyone who is a 1D fan again this my opinion so no offense .

I can totally see where you're coming from, and starting to think the same about the "taking Beatles spotlight" thing. I also want to say that most of the reason they are famous is because of their "good looks". Sure, girls were WAY crazier over The Beatles, but The Beatles had TALENT in Musica and songwriting. Once again, thanks for your opinion Mrs-X.

But anyway, what REALLY bugs me is how people compare 1D & the Beatles.
All because they're both from (the best country in the world) England doesnt mean te have to compare them.
& to be frank, the Beatles aint a boy band.
Boy bands are like dancing and Canto to cheesy pop Musica that they proberly didnt write.
But the Beatles, they PLAY instruments. They WRITE their own songs & none of their songs sound similar unlike 1D's (eg. listen 2 What Makes te Beautiful & One Thing & you'll see what I mean).
Another thing, boy bands HAVE 2 be able to dance, but the Beatle cant dance worth shit (not trying to be rude, bit its sorta true...)
& the only kind of boy bands that can get away this kind of stuff are ones from Korea. (seriously, they're awesome!)

My stepbrother, though a rap fan and not a One Direction fan, feels like that towards me, and says that The Beatles' songs have stupid meanings. Then I think, "Gee, coming from someone who listens to people "sing" about gangs and stuff..."

As if the Beatles were anything like Elvis! And didn't their fan of the '60's hold signs saying: "Elvis is dead; long live the Beatles" way before Elvis actullay died? '60's Beatles fan knew better!
