Hunger Games Domanda

How did people react to Rue's death?

If you've read at least the first book, te know Rue dies. But if te went to see the movie at the theaters, knowing what would happen, and just so happened to be near someone who did not know, what was their reaction to Rue's death?

i cried when i read this scene in the book, and i literally wept when i saw it in the movie. that song, rue's lullaby, was so beautiful and sad... also the movie reaction of the district 11 people, it was a really powerful scene, i'm glad they added it.

I never went to the movie yet, but I was with my friend in class and she was quietly Leggere the book and I had already read the series, but she was on the first book. suddenly she just started crying out of nowhere. a girl sitting successivo to her asked her what was wrong and she pointed to the book. I looked at the page and I got teary eyed too, because she was Leggere about rue's death.

Her death in both the book and the movie made me cry. I remember after I got out of the theatre, my eyes were so red and puffy from crying.

I cried, because it felt like that could be one of my close Friends dying out there(I haven't read the books, only saw the movie) But I have to say I was glad that Rue died in the way she did, some people would call me heartless. But imagine if she lived, what were they going to do. Two victors were only to be crowned if they were from the same district.

If Rue, Katniss and Peeta was left ans two were going to win, Rue would have to die. I was heartbroken for days, but I kinda felt relief in the trauma and distress, Rue's death was kinda calm compare to others, sure getting a spear in your mid body can't be pleasant but many others had a very brutal and awful death like the girls that got stung to death (SHE WAS A cagna AND SHE DESERVED IT) and Rue had a friend with her in her last moments, and got a proper grieving ceremony while the other tributes was abandoned and left to rot.

Susan Collins wasn't near as cruel as she could have been.

May the odds be ever in your favor.
