Throughout the song One Of Us the lionesses all gave Kiara angry looks but when she ran into Pride Rock after telling Simba that he would never be Mufasa they gave her sad looks,How could they change to feeling sad for Kiara from being angry at her.

If it is the part I think it is were they were bloking her off from Kovu? Well, I think they were trying to be serious looking, so that Kiara knew that she wouldn't get past, I think they gave sad looks becasue of how hurtful it was towards Simba, and plus they mentioned the dead King, which could have probably brought up sad memories.

maybe they were looking angry at kiara to let her know they were angry that she was with an outsider and then they were sad because kiara was crying
