It actually could be anyone of them. Even though he was shown at dawn, doesn't mean he was born on that time of day. Maybe he could've been born at night, but was shown at dawn! That's what I say...

I'd say at night, Sarabi gave birth to him and then at dawn that's when all the animals gathered at pride rock to see Simba at his presentation. I think Simba was at least 4-6 hours old when he was presented at pride rock.

Everyone knows he was born in the morning!

Lion cubs open their eyes 10-14 days after birth. Simba's eyes were already open in the first scene of The Lion King so he definitely wasn't born that same day. I would say it's impossible to know what time of the day he was born.
