I know her first appearance when she was scheming against Triton scared the daylights out of me. 0.0. And when she steals Ariel's voice. And when she turns into Vanessa. And when she basically goes all One Winged Angel at the end. (In fact, I don't think there was a moment with Ursula that wasn't scary/creepy in some way)
