A lot of Bonnie's fans were/are still sad and mad at Damon for turning her into a vampire but it turned out to be fir the best because let's face Bonnie wouldn't have done that spell only for her friends the main reason she did it is to save her mother, keep her alive because as we all know they all came from klaus's blood line, what proves to me that she wanted to save her mother more than her friends is that she used tyler's body out everyone

So yeah it's a good thing her mother is a vampire otherwise they will be dead right now
