I mean, I don't at all believe that remembering their first meeting is going to make her suddenly fall madly in love with Damon and forget Stefan...that's ridiculous. But I do think it has the potential to make her question the way she's always viewed Damon, and that might change how she treats him and interacts with him. In other words, I don't think the memory will change her mind about choosing Stefan, but it does have the potential to alter the general mood of her and Damon's relationship, especially since she'll also remember that scene from 2x08, when Damon told her he loved her but didn't deserve her. She'll be seeing a side of him he never let her remember seeing before, and that could definitely make her look at him in a different light than she always has. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. 	RedHeadedElmo picked Disagree!: guys, read the question! it's not asking if you think the memory will make elena choose damon instead of stefan, it's asking if it will change anything in damon and elena's relationship - like how she treats him, or how she views him as a person. it's a question about delena's relationship in general, not just romantically.
