They have the best chemistry on the show and they are actually a couple. Elena would never leave Stefan or that would be out of character of her. Who knows, maybe Katherine isn't going to stay for long, I don't think so. At the end, it has to be Stefan and Elena as endgame or that wouldn't be right. My opinion.
