A knock on the door interrupted his thoughts .he got up angry to answer the door. But when he opened it he couldn’t believe his eyes; Elena was standing there, her eyes red and puffy from crying and her hair loose and disheveled.
“Hey,” she detto in a hushed voice, she sounded like she was about to cry.
“What do te want Elena??” he detto pretending not to care, pretending he wasn’t actually worried about her, even after what she detto to him.
“I’m sorry.” She detto he voice shaking and broken. All he wanted to do was take her in his arms and baciare away that sadness, but he couldn’t. “I understand if te don’t forgive me, because what I did, what I detto is unforgivable. But just hear me out, ok? After te left I was thinking about what te said…and you’re right…i do Amore you…but just…I don’t know what to do!”
He was in shock. He didn’t know what to say…how to react to what she just said. “Why?” he asked surprised that he could even make a word out.
“Why?! Because I’m with Stefan!! And I Amore him! But I Amore te too! And I don’t want to lose you! I know I’m stupid and selfish and that I should just let te go! Because te deserve better than this Damon! te should probably go..go and find your happy ending! But I don’t WANT te to go! Because I know I’ll miss you!! And I’ll miss te because I need you!! Their lips touched, and the fireworks started, that fuoco that they have both tried so hard to ignore was burning inside them now, how can something that seemed so wrong to her moments fa could feel so right now? They both knew this couldn’t last, so they cherish every moment that they can, until finally…
They wake up. They frown. They realized it was just a dream, and it hurt because of how much they wanted it to be real….
