In the last episode of Season Two, "Two Cathedrals", a song is overlayed in the final scenes. Do you know the title to this piece and the artist?

Looking through different sites under the episode "Two Cathedrals" one song was listed for the episode. "Brothers in Arms" written and performed by Dire Straits. Hope it's it. It was very moving .
