I must have fallen asleep da the fuoco when Ms. Faragonda and my sister were going through the letters for clues. I looked around and immediately saw Ms. Faragonda and Helia, but no sign of my sister. I asked Ms. Faragonda where is my sister? She told me Sweetie we don’t know. When we woke up she was gone, but we know she couldn’t have gotten far because her horse is still in the barn. I started to cry and hyperventilate. It felt like someone was constricting my breathing. Helia came over to comfort me. I was scared. I had just gotten my sister back and now she’s gone. After a little bit my breathing returned to normal. I manage to get up. I told them I’m going to find my sister and no one can stop me. Helia nodded and detto I’m not letting te go into those woods on your own. Ms. Faragonda gave me a hug before telling me make sure to be back here da night fall. I told her I would and I would have my sister with me. She smiled as Helia and I headed out to the fienile, granaio to tack our horses. We found footprints on one of the trails. We followed them until they spot at a lake. The two of us tied our cavalli to a tree, so we could explore on foot. I found a small rock attach to a ruler and some string we had in our saddle bags. I threw it as far as I could. Once it was in the water and I felt the tug on the string once the rock hit the bottom. I used my magic to bring it back in and it turns out the deepest part is one foot. We untied our cavalli and got back on them to attraversare, croce the lake. Once we were on the other side the footprints reappeared. We quickly speed up until we reached the fork in the road. I felt my cuore rate increase at this sight. The signs read The Dark Woods pointing to the left and The Light Woods pointing to the right. This whole time I thought the dark woods was what we were in, but apparently it was just the outer forest surrounding it. I was startled da something moving in the bushes; however, I was shocked più da what I saw.
