If you're talking about the note in the picture, it's not hers. Tony wrote it to some boy he thought he bullied in school. But if you're talking about the note on her desk, it wasn't dato to her specifically in an episode, but I think it appeared right around after DiNozzo Snr came in after Broken Arrow?
