I'm waiting to vote till I've seen Summer Glau's character in the show (is her character called Bennet? I can't ever seem too remember) because if she's the 'Topher' from another house I've got a feeling I'll like the idea of them together, especially since I'm such a Summer fan, I'm sure her character will be all kinds of awesome.
My vote will probably depend on Summer's character and if she has any chemistry with Topher :)

I love them together...even though she hates him more than anything. =]

I'm considering changing my pick to Bennett after seeing Friday's episode, though it's obviously never happening.

I absolutley LOVE Bennett and Topher! They are just the cutest ever! And Summer Glau and Fran Kranz on screen chemistry is AMAZING! They are sooo adorkable together:) :) <3 I'm sorry but I just never found the Topher/Claire ship that appealing. It's Topher/Bennett all the way for me:)

I also think he and Ivy could have been cute. I dislike Bennett too much to ship her with Topher.
