What is Ianto's character really like?

It has been detto that Ianto likes James Bond, but what other things does he like? The reason I am asking this is I am Scrivere a Torchwood fic, and would like to know what turns his character on and off, what his flat is like etc. I hope te didn't mind me asking? Many thanks.
