where can i see True Blood Season 5 Episode 1 Live ?

Like last summer, when I reviewed the fourth season premiere, I briefly convinced myself that it was totally OK that "True Blood" was a glib, bloody, utterly soulless enterprise, because Alan Ball didn't aspire to make a series of substance. I even took the blame upon myself and wrote, "I am at fault for wanting 'True Blood' to be più than it is."I wrote those words, but it wasn't true. "True Blood" is at fault for not even being a good version of what it aspires to be, which is doubly bad, because what it aspires to be is so low-brow and trashy. And da failing to be effectively and deliciously low-brow and trashy, "True Blood" has had the odd effect of activating an inner puritanical streak that I didn't know I possessed.

Oh do stop being a pompous ass!The only one I havent liked is series 3, just because it wasnt as good as the others,but it was still good...Here in the UK we get the cream of american tv series and Im telling te - we Amore TRUE BLOOD!!!Its funny,tongue in cheek,totally non-pompous,has a talented and intelligent cast,is fantastically adapted while keeping the essence of Charmaines world,brilliant effects,plot twists....i just cant fault it!!! It isnt Pride and Prejudice but so what?I think youre suffering from 'critics heart' where te are just criticing for no reason because your cuore is as rotten and black as a Maenads - te are confused with trying to keep an edgy image and deliver relevant critiques - te cant do this AND keep any integrity.The subject of True Blood IS low brow and trashy but the series is classy - america rarely gets this blend right- and it is all it should be....go get some soul food...
