Can some one pplz take this pic and turn it into a Wallpaper?

i tried adding as a desktop but it came out to blury. so i was wondering if someone can take the picture and make it into a beter one. i would really appriciate it.

te need to go on your control panel and select change desktop background then select browse select the pic u want then set the bit under the browse as center and it wont be burled
