I would freak out about the whole being a guy and not being able to get pregnant thing. I don't know if I'd keep it o not. I'd probably lose it anyway from having all the trauma and major panic attacks. I wouldn't even go to Isle Esme with him, I'm already engaged and I'd rather jump into a pool of razors than ever fuck Edward.

^^ being pregnant is not, "the best thing in the world" Even if te didn't have a vampire baby, you'd still go through A LOT OF PAIN AND SUFFERERING

It isn't normally life threatening though, fewer Bones get broken, te don't usually find yourself craving human blood..
