Carlisle's P.O.V

"Edward cant keep doing this!" I detto to Esme. As tough as he was, it was killing me (obviously not literally) to see him hurting. If he didn't get over her now then he would never be able to. Ever since last summer, when Bella ran off with Renesmee and Jacob, Edward had been hurting. He never detto this aloud of course, but any time he sees a young girl (mostly when they're with child) he flinches - and pain crosses his eyes. Esme detto this was normal after a break-up, but Bella was the Amore of his life, and of course Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. never forget.

"What are we going to do?" I asked Alice. She had seen terrible pain in Edwards future this afternoon, and she didn't know how to prevent this pain from happening. "I have no idea," Alice sighed, "So long as I can't see what sort of pain it is, I shall never be able to know what o who has caused it." I had my own ideas of course. Jane? Possibly Alec? Aro had always wanted Edward on his side - and now, when he was at his weakest moment, he may be able to take him. Of course Edward had heard all of this in my head. "Aro wouldn't dream of it. He knows the risks. They are to high." He said. "I shall go to Italy and tell them myself, if that is what it takes." Then the phone rang.

"Hello?" Alice asked. "Oh, well I don't think we were expecting a call. I don't think he'll want to
speak with te right now." But right then Edward rushed over to the phone. Judging da his mood I'm guessing it was Bella. "BELLA!" Edward said, "I was hoping te would call." I could hear her through the telephone. "Edward," She whispered, "I missed you. I just wanted to hear your voi-" Edward cut her off. "OH! I missed te to. Ever so terribly. I know this is going to sound mega selfish, but is there any way te would be able to come meet me? Just so I could see your face one più time." That's it. He's in way over his head. No way is she going to agree to this. "YES! Of course I will, I have to. Jake was driving me crazy, he and Renesmee are wanting to get a place together, and I just went barking mad. It sounds stupid, but I had to agree to it. She was going to sposta out." Bella said. Obviously I had been wrong before..

2 days later-

Edward ran to the door as Bella was just about to knock. She had come, but agreed this was the last time. When she leaves again, it's going to kill him. I heard Edward sigh. Listening to my thoughts i guess - again. "Hey," Bella said, "I missed you. I wish te could have come with us when we left."
How could she do this? It would hurt him to much when she left, and he knew this. "I wish to," Edward frowned, "But after everything with Jacob and Renesmee - would I really be able to live through that? Actually - don't answer that."
"Wasn't planning on." Bella replied.
