Best state to emigrate?

Hello everyone, I have got plans to emigrate to the USA about a few years, but what is the best state to live in? I mean these things:

- Is it safe?
- Are there enough jobs?
- Are there cities with like 20,000 inhabitants (I prefer that)
- Good weather

That kind of stuff ;)

I agree with trgirl, I live in Delaware right successivo to the pensylvania border, and pensylvania is a great place to live. It is very very very safe! I'd know because my grandparents live there. Delaware is also a nice pick because it is sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza and there's the cities of Dover and Wilmington.

im also from pa, i just moved here, its beautiful (forest and animals) the people are so nice!
