When I was a little kid, I grew up with a Gameboy along with a few games for it. One of those games was Kirby’s Dream Land for the original Gameboy Color. It was a short game that te could beat in thirty minutes, but it was so much fun to play. I loved every secondo of it as a kid, from the amazing Gameboy graphics to the music. I bring this up because today is an indie game that perfectly captures the feeling of those classic Gameboy games, known as Awesome Pea.

Awesome pisello follows the adventures of a little Pea, who is extremely greedy. All he wants is coins, and he’ll travel across...

E3 this anno was kind of an atrocity. Bethesda had a huge mess with their audience, EA was EA, Ubisoft was publishing a game for the fucking WII in 2019, and no one cares about Microsoft. But Devolver does what they do best, be ultra violent and insane. Even if their biblioteca of games wasn’t that big, they were all very impressive. A new horror game, a running battle royale, DLC for The Messenger, and a new trailer for my most anticipated game of the year, My Friend Pedro. So let’s talk about it.

My Friend Pedro follows an unnamed, masked man and his friend, a talking banana named Pedro,...

Another ten indie games reviewed and another articolo talking about all the great stuff that makes the indie market what it is. But before te we get to that, te all know the drill. It’s time to talk about the indie games that I reviewed and see which ones were the best. Now there isn’t gonna be any YIIKs o We Happy Fews this time. Every game was a game I enjoyed. Yeah, some più than others, but there wasn’t a bad game this time, and thank goodness. But don’t worry, the successivo few will have some real stinkers. So let us see which games are the best and which are the least best.

10: Divekick...

Time to jump on the trend and make my own superiore, in alto 20. Now I've played a fair amount of games and it was pretty difficult to get a solid 20 down but I think I've got what I need.

Before we begin, just gonna give a little honourable mention to ICO and The Shadow of The Colossus who, unfortunately didn't make the list.

Now then, let's begin!

#20-Super Mario World
Starting off the lista is a fanfavourite and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna killed for it being this low but who cares. This is a very enjoyable game, even if you're not a fan of Mario. There's no real story other pesca, peach being kidnapped but who cares...

This review is going to be… a bit harder to talk about. So I bought a game called Revolution 1979: Black Friday, a game that is based on the actual Black Friday of 1979 where thousands of protestors were shot and killed for protesting against their ruler. It was the darkest moment during the Iranian Revolution but is practically never discussed outside of the country. That is where 1979 Revolution comes to discuss matters.

1979 Revolution follows the experience of Reza Shirazi as he is interrogated for information on his involvement with the revolution and his connections to the groups...

Oh man, first 2064, now we’re talking about this game. I feel like the moment I was honest about my sexuality I started to notice homosexual games più and more, not that I’m complaining. I can, however, complain about the possible seedy practices that happened behind the scenes of this game, as mentioned in NikPiks, but…. Don’t focus on that right now. Let’s just talk about the game itself, and see if it manages to be good on it’s own. Let us talk about Dream Daddy.

Now te probably remember seeing this game all over the place a few years back. Every major let’s player was...

Have te ever played Dark Souls and went onto the PvP that the community creates? I layed Dark Souls III and tried out the PvP and had way più fun with it than literally anything that was put into the single player story. I really enjoyed it and wondered if there was any game with combat like this that was just PvP. And wouldn’t te know it, there was. Not with weapons, of course, but te take what te can get. So let us talk about Absolver

So Absolver is about… uh… monks with masks or… something… Hang on, let me pull up a Wikipedia page. Alright, so the game followed a group...

I never did play Octodad, a game that was detto to be unique, if frustrating in its own way. Neither did I play I Am Bread, also frustrating with it’s gameplay. I never understood the appeal of games that try to anger te unless there is a unique spin to it o something good. And I think waiting for that paid off, because today, we’ll be talking about one of the funniest written indie games I’ve played, Manual Samuel

Manual Samuel follows the tale of Samuel obviously, a trust fund baby who has never had to work a giorno in his life and has had everything practically handed to him. That...

Man, the fighting game community is lame. They make fun of Super Smash Bros Melee all the time, all they care about is some guy from an old fighting game called Fatal Furry, and they never shut up about the Arks System. Why would anyone care? What is this dumb indie game? Divekick? Sounds like a dumb move. Where’s the true indie game title, Up+Smash? That’s all I care about!- Where am I going with this joke again?

Divekick, an indie titolo made da fighting game fan for fighting game fans. And people who buy weird indie games cause they have dumb internet web series. What a coincidence....

Well here comes the briefest articolo of In-Indie I will probably ever write simply because of the game being very simplistic. Have te ever wanted to play indie games on your phone? Me neither and continuing to purge playing games on mobile from my general area, I decided to play this mobile classic once it came to Switch. And today, we will be talking about Reigns.

Reigns starts out in the anno 1000. te are a king who is destined for great things, only though te come from a cursed lineage, a curse that will continue for a thousand years. During those thousand years, te are tasked with...

te know, through my time playing and reviewing all these indie titles, a thought came to me all of a sudden. It was buried deep down, like the knowledge was there, but I never truly noticed until now. But after today's game, I can say with 100% certainty… Indie games are fucking gay!

And I don’t mean gay as an insult like in teh early 2000s like, “What are you, gay?”. I mean like actually homosexual. Night in the Woods, Undertale, VA-11 HALL-A, Red Strings Club, Dream Daddy, all these games are huge gay and I am content with that. Being a connoisseur of the genders myself…....

Remember superiore, in alto Gear? Well, I don’t. I never played it… I honestly don’t know the best way to start this review for In-Indie… Horizon Chase Turbo, everyone!

So superiore, in alto Gear was a really popolare game back in the day. Pretty big in America and Japan, but Brazil is where superiore, in alto Gear really got it’s popularity. I don’t know what it is with Brazil and racing games, but they flock to those games. And so, a little indie company based in Brazil that goes da the name Aquiris Game Studio created Horizon Chase: World Tour in 2015. Three years later, they created a successor?... Remake?... Sequel?......

It seems that every few months, te always hear about that new indie titolo that is a true Dark Souls successor. Hollow Knight is the new Dark Souls, Blasphemous is the new Dark Souls, Cuphead is the new Dark Souls- Wait, what? But there was one game that went almost under everyone’s radar and was less discussed. Maybe it had a following, but compared to Hollow Knight, it was practically unheard of. And this game goes da Salt and Sanctuary

Taking place in a fictional kingdom with characters looking like they crawled out of a Newgrounds game, te find your character left on a deserted...

Another month, and another series of ten indie games to talk about. This time, we got no stinkers this time. Maybe a few games that could be seen as nothing to grand, but I assure you, all good indie titles, and all worth your time. No We Happy Fews o YIIKs here, ladies and gents. And we’re starting ourselves off with a real treat today, one of the best indie games out there. That’s right, it’s the one and only, Minecraft- Cuphead, yeah. That’s the one I meant

Cuphead and his pal, Mugman, they like to roll the dice. After stumbling upon a casino owned da the Devil, they wager...

Hello there! Welcome to a new series of mine where I take a good old papero, gander at some classic games from my childhood. I'll say what I like, what I don't like, what te can do to beat the game, and how good the titolo is overall.

This is like a guide AND a review, so keep that in mind while reading. Hope te enjoy!

Also, since episode #1 of this series is one of the hardest goddamn games to exist on this side of the Earth, there will be profanity in this article.

Everywhere.

SO yeah, today's titolo is a Sega Genesis game da the name of Dr. Robotnik's Mean fagiolo Machine. Released on November 26, 1993...

Fuck

I’m sorry. I really didn’t want to have to talk about this game. I didn’t even beat it, and for good reason. It’s not a fun game to play. Coming from the guy who could beat YIIK and play a dozen matches on Morphies Law, I could barely get through the first of three stories and gave up around the secondo cause the game glitched out a necessary item and I just decided fuck it, what’s the point of prolonging my suffering. Fuck the intro! Fuck the development discussion! Fuck all the jokes I had written for this article! Fuck all of it! Let’s talk about mother fucking Katana Zero!

Okay, so in all seriousness, before I get way too hyped, let’s actually discuss what Katana Zero is about. te play as a katana wielding samurai wannabe named Zero who works for a mysterious organization and does assassinations. Your goal is the ultimate destruction of a fictional drug da the name of Chronos, which is highly addictive, so addictive that anyone who uses Chronos will die from withdrawal, but it grants the user...

I think one of my preferito things about indie games (Aside from the sheer passion of creators that want to do their own thing) is the visuals they go for. From Hollow Knight’s charming dot eyed art to the amazing hand drawn movements of Skullgirls to the old 30s cartoon aesthetic of Cuphead, all of these games have an art style that drew me to them and made me want to play these games. But hey, a simple cel shading can also appeal to me. And that brings us to Lethal League Blaze

Starting out as a flash game called Lethal League (Which te can apparently play on the PS4 store now), Lethal...

I haven’t seen the son, I only leave my room to eat o use the bathroom, and I’ve been glued to my chair for so long that it has left a permanent mark of my ass. And why is it that I have been in such a horrid state? Because I’ve been playing nothing but Slime Rancher.

Where do I even begin to talk about a game such as this. This is a game that feels so well crafted and so perfectly made that te can feel the developers Amore and care in it. They make aggiornamenti frequently for the game and...
