She doesn't resemble the animated character much, but I'm optimistic that she'll fit the character's personality and bring her own flair to it. Plus...her singing voice is gorgeous.

Not sure yet. She doesn't look like the original character, which is disappointing for a remake, but I'll have to wait to see if she makes a good Ariel.

Not only does she not look like her, but she looks deformed. Something is off about her. Let her ass play Tiana, but if Ariel has to become ebonic and rap, then let Reese Witherspoon or JLaw play Tiana. It's only fair.
