For me, the wrestler from the past I would want to meet is between Maurice "Mad Dog" Vachon and Lou Thesz. The wrestler from the present I would meet is your reigning, defending WWE world heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar, and the wrestler from the future would be Kevin Steen, who is on NXT.
