This story is a little story about Willow and Becca on the YJ team. Just an FYI. Enjoy! XD
“If only te could understand. I'm not like everyone else!” Willow cried.
“I know that. But can't te just-”
“No I can't Wally!” Willow interjected. “I can't let te know any più than te do. My life is a secret and te need to respect that.”
“I'm trying but it's not that easy Willow!”
“You do it all the time with Robin!” Willow spat.
“He's my best friend! You're my girlfriend! I want to know te better. I want to feel what te have been through.”
“You can't! te will never know my past! No one will!”
“Becca does!”
“So?”
“So why'd te tell her?!”
“I didn't! She just knew okay? I don't know how she knew about my past but I don't care! I trust her with my secrets.”
“So te trust a girl we barely know over me, who is an open book? te don't trust me? At all? With any of your secret sins?”
Willow crossed her arms, biting her lip. She blinked back the tears that were coming; this had been their fifth fight of the month. And it was all because Wally wanted to know more.
“Fine. Whatever Willow. I'm done playing games.”
“What are te saying?” Willow breathed out.
“We're done. I'm sorry.”
“No but-Wally!”
Willow felt her cuore break as her now ex-boyfriend walked away from her. She could have run, should have run. But her legs wouldn't move; they were weak. So she fell to the ground where she was and wept. She was crying so hard that she barely felt gentle hands lifting her head onto something soft. She peeked her eyes open and saw a familiar face staring down at her.
“Becca. W-what are te doing here? I thought te were with R-robin.”
“I was. But, as we were leaving, Wally came in all upset. So we decided to reschedule. Robin's with Wally now. What's wrong?”
“Wally...broke my heart.”
Becca stared down at her friend before swiftly getting up.
“Where are te going?” Willow asked, following her friend.
“Come see.”
Becca marched into the training room. And Willow was stunned at what happened next. The minuto her eyes spotted him, Becca propelled herself over many obstacles (set up for that day's exercise) and didn't hesitate to kick Wally in the face. And Wally was really taking a bruising when Becca pulled out her escrim sticks.
“Oh my...Becca!” Willow cried.
Robin picked Becca up and moved her away from the fallen speedster. She was thrashing wildly in his arms but he still managed to hold her.
“OWWWW!!! That hurt you-”
“How dare you!”
“What?” Wally asked, stunned that Becca had cut him off.
She pulled free from Robin's grasp but stood still. She also continued her rant, even with the others in the room. She was fixing to embarrass Wally West at all costs.
“You idiot! I trusted te to protect her! So why did te hurt her? Why'd te break Willow's heart?”
“What are te talking about?”
“You know very well what I'm talking about te son of a-!”
“What is going on here.”
All eyes went to Batman as he strode into the room with Black Canary. Becca turned her glare on him before speaking.
“Nothing. But I need to see Willow. Now!”
Without any permission, Becca grabbed Willow da the arm and walked out of the room.
