The teens stood in a line infront of the fireplace and listened to what Nabuu had to say, " i want one of te plain and simply..." Nabuu echoed. Everyone stayed silent they were scared più then anything, " I will read your minds one at a time and then make my decision " Nabuu said, " Andrew step foward...." Nabuu echoed, Andrew stepped foward and gasped as he felt Nabuu's presence begin to read his mind and he saw his life flash through his very own eyes. He shook his head and closed his head tightly as Nabuu left his mind and opened them again and stepped back. " Artemis Crock...." Nabuu said. Lucas held Artemis's hand but when she stepped foward he had to let go, Nabuu read through her mind and Artemis stepped back when he finished, " Becca Stevens...." Nabuu said, Becca stepped foward and let Nabuu explore her mind. " Melinda Shephard..." Nabuu said, " Joy Stevens....", " Wally West..", Lucas Story..., " Kaldur...", M'ghann...", Connor..., " Robin...", " Bullet...", " Astreous...", " Zatanna...", " Phoebe...", Blossom...". Nabuu detto in order and he finally finished, " I want you....... Lucas Story..." Nabuu detto finally.

" Your not taking him! " Artemis shouted angrily at Nabuu, " ive made my decision...." Nabuu detto firmly. " Please... Nabuu... there has to be another way.... te promised me!!" I slowly opened my eyes. I was laying flat on my back, in a room shrouded in mist. Above me, two eyes, glowing bright white, bore into mine.
