Chapter Eight- "Pack your Suitcases"
Chapter 8-
"Why are we still here?" Artemis hissed. "The League of Shadows hasn't tried anything in a month!"
"Because Batman said." Robin replied.
"Batman said, Batman said." Artemis mocked him. "No, I mean a real reason."
"That's a good enough reason." Nightwing detto over their ear comms. "Watch Grant and stop talking."
Artemis sighed and looked back. She narrowed her eyes as Grant came out of the bathroom, slipping on a shirt.
Robin looked at her and grinned.
"You like him." he said, the grin in his voice.
"Do not!" Artemis exclaimed.
"Yes te do! te think he's hot!" Robin protested.
"I think somebody else is hot!" Artemis said.
"Who?" Robin asked.
"Not telling."
"Who?"
"I'm not telling!"
"So te do like him!"
"Dick Grayson!" Artemis blurted out.
Robin frowned, as if thinking of the first Boy Wonder. "He's 16 Artemis." he said.
"I know," Artemis said, looking down towards the pavement.
"What about-?"
Artemis smacked Robin before he cold complete his sentence.
"No way on God's Green Earth do I like Baywatch." Artemis growled.
"Whatever..." Robin said. "He DID baciare te on the Watch-"
"What part of shut up do te not understand?" Artemis asked, rounding on the Boy Wonder.
Robin shrugged.
Artemis frowned and turned around. When she looked back, Robin was gone.
"Robin?" she whispered. Getting no response, she called louder. "Robin?"
No response. 'Great.' Artemis thought. 'Batman will kill me'.
Suddenly, Red Revenge landed in front of her and threw a coltello in her direction. Artemis gasped and ducked. She heard someone gasp as the dagger exploded in a nube, nuvola of smoke. She turned around, Arrow notched to see Robin passed out in the clutches of Holly. agrifoglio took off her gas mask and tossed the Boy Wonder down.
"I wanted to see under his mask." she whined, poking out her lip. Her expression quickly changed to a devilish grin. "Ah, well. I'll have to settle for yours, Red Revenge."
agrifoglio leaped, kicking Artemis to the side in mid-air. She crashed into Revenge and the rolled until Revenge was on top.
"Dominating." agrifoglio breathed. "I like it."
She rolled and Revenge found himself on the bottom. He kicked her off and stood up before turning tail and running.
"Now that's just disappointing!" agrifoglio called after him. Only after he threw Artemis off the roof and leaped after her did she notice the dagger on her belt, beeping.
"Shit!" she cursed, tossed it down and leaped. The dagger exploded leaving a red gas behind. As soon as it cleared, Revenge hauled himself back on the roof. He walked over to Robin and picked the Boy Wonder up, tossing him over his shoulder.
"ARRGH!!!" Robin yelled, punching the bag so hard it flew into the wall. He was still frustrated from being taken out da the assassin so easily earlier. So he naturally took out his frustration on Alfred's nice, clean walls.
Alfred walked in.
"If te do not stop putting holes in my walls, you'll have più to fear than Master Bruce o Master Richard." Alfred detto in his usual 'matter-of-a-fact' way.
Tim nodded and tossed his towel in the bin on the way out.
"This will not happen again." Batman said. Robin, Artemis, and Kid Flash nodded.
A screen popped up behind Batman. "The Olympic Winners are going to a special ceremony. A ceremony hosted da Samuel Grant."
"Interesting." Wally said, mouth full of nachos.
Artemis made a disgusted face and Wally stuck his tongue out at her which was completely gross as his mouth was still full of food.
"Who all will be there?" Robin asked.
"The leaders from every country competing and their associates. Not including crowds, media, and others who may attend such as Bruce Wayne and the President of the United States. In all, almost two million people. It'll be hosted in Rio De Janeiro. A three giorno festival in the town."
"Sweet! I call undercover da the buffet!!!" Wally exclaimed.
"Wait, Rio De Janeiro?" Artemis asked.
"Yes," Batman replied. "In South America."

Sneak Peek Part II
Revenge o Redemption
"This Way!" Revenge yelled.
I followed, ducking into a closet. My yellow/black cape swished behind me and exposed where we were.
"Tam! Ogan'!" a voice yelled.
The Russians brought their pistole to orso on the wooden door and fired. Revenge leaped in front of me, taking the shock and damage of the bullets. But fifteen AK-47s firing into his chest managed to knock him out.
The Russians busted open the door and knocked me down with a fucile to the head. One pointed his gun at me.
"Ostan'sya vnizu malen'kaya devochka!" he yelled.
I struggled to think, the blow to my head had me in a daze.
"C'mon Barbara! Think! You're in Russia! Batman taught te this much."
After a bit of thinking, I managed to translate it into 'Stay down little girl'.
The successivo time they detto something, it was easier to translate.
"Voz'mite ikh s losifom!"

Epilouge:
Slade moved into the room. He bowed before the dark shadow. The voice spoke to him.
“You failed me Slade.”
“I know master. But she is stronger than we first expected.”
“Yes. I know. I expected as much from her. But we now have her in a dangerous position.”
“Master?”
“Shade must make her choice. She has followed the Light for seventy years. Now, she must choose whether she is willing to risk everything o to continue to play hero.”
“And if she chooses hero?”
“She won't.”
“But Master-”
“Shade thinks she is in the clear. But I have one last trick up my sleeve.”
