Does That arancia, arancio tartaruga From That Cartoon Remind te Of Zelo Oppa?

My older sister was watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the other giorno and I told her that the arancia, arancio one kind of reminds me of Zelo. But she didn't agree with me. I think it reminds me of Zelo oppa mostly because that one skateboards and is the youngest one. What do te guys think, does it remind te of him?
