ciao sweetie ^^ te have to click below your foto on "view più photos", then in the blue bar where it says "My Gallery" there's a little plus saying "upload new photo". Click on it and go ahead :) Then when it's uploaded it will appear in your gallery, too. Below the foto will then be a little attraversare, croce to cancella the photo, a pen to modifica the foto and a dude with a blue shirt. Click on that dude and te can use the pic as your icona ^^
