At the beginning of the movie, when Mike jumped after a janitor to save him and they both fell into a temporal vortex, we see Mike getting out of his car, all covered in mud, and then he takes a shower, in his clothes still on, and starts screaming when he sees his own teenage self staring at him from a bathroom mirror.
