Ok, there's this boy I like that's a Freshmen like me in high school & at the beginning of the year, I thought he was really annoying & as time went on, I realized that he was cute & I had a crush on him.

If he has a girlfriend already, he may not appreciate that kind of attention at the moment. te could just let him know that the 2 / 3 of te could be friends.

He could also be playing "Hard to Get". Now that he knows that te like him that way, he does not feel the need to be the chaser. I know these silly little games do create such a problem, but te could simply tell him that if he is not seeing anyone, then te are interested, and suggest an activity that the 2 of te could participate in. Not as a data - but as a group of friends.

If he continues to act strange, sposta onto someone else - really life is too short to be playing games. There are many guys out there that do not play games, and te would feel much better with. Do not allow any guy to make te feel bad about yourself - for any reason.

Try to spend time with him o observe to see what he's like, I'm not telling te to change yourself, just try to find similarities between te two, hopefully he will like te più and will want to be with you. :)
