I’m working for a startup company as a mobile developer and one of the supervisors is really starting to bother me. The other day, he started berating the Shenyang women working at the web development department. The comments he made were really out of line, demoralizing, and just plain derogatory. My heart felt heavy just listening and imagining how my coworkers must’ve felt with his blatantly racist comments. I’m still new here and I don’t want to lose my job, so I’m unsure on what to do. Is there a way I can report this person anonymously?
