-Rental Magica Adelicia(forgot the rest of her name): Summoning Magic
-Touhou(I know it isn't an Anime but...) Izayoi Sakuya: Time Manipulation
-Transformation/Shape-shifting magic of something...anyone can suggest a character for that?O_O
-07-Ghost Frau: Reaper Power???

But if it's just the character and not the powers I'm after, I'd go with Kubinashi from Nurarihyon no Mago. Amore him.
