HappyHallowenAnimeFans!MyHighSchools AnimeClub Is Having A Party!!! and i need help?

i'm making cupcakes for my HighSchools Anime and manga club HALLOWEN PARTY but i can't decide on decorations for the cupcakes?
here are the flavours (by choice of the club)

PeanutButter,StrawberryMilk,WhiteChocolate,and CarotteCake

have any ideas for decorations, i already did a Vanilla cupcake with and L symbol(AKA form Death Note) but i can't think of anything else

Ciel's and Sebastian daemon symbols from Black Butler
The Japanese symbols for thing like leader (The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) o symbols for cat and meow stuff like that
if te feel confident go ahead and try to do some chibi heads on them of Anime characters
Musica notes (vocaloids)
te could also make symbols from animes/manga (a characters weapon o trademark) like a bow and Arrow for madoka (puella magi madoka magica)
te could also dye frosting colori that would represent a character as well, like black frosting and then 3 white strips for kid (soul eater)
