Hetalia Axis Powers - Incapacitalia sounds better dubbed especially since, after all, the main characters basically personify each of the different nationalities

The very same goes for me here: I too usually prefer dubbed versions over subtitles anytime

Yeah. I'm mainly into subs. Why? più thought goes into the original voices than the last-minute dubs. Of course that's not always true, but it usually isn't far from it.
