I am under the impression that the writers of Avatar were Eragon fans. (From the Inheritance Cycle) Here is why: (as te can guess, I like making lists)

Eragon and Saphira are the last free dragon and rider (besides Oromis and Glader). Eragons’ duty is to quote: “restore balance to the land” If you’re going to compare Oromis and Glader to someone, it would be Avatar Roku and his (surprise surprise) dragon.

In the Eragon world, there are the Dwarves, the Elves, the humans, and the Dragons. The Draghi were all killed in the fall of the riders which was (not joking) 100 years before.

I watched Avatar: The Last Airbender (Movie) today I'm telling te now, do not watch this movie because it'll ruin your feelings towards Avatar: The Last Airbender (anime series)

The movie as I predicted was going to bad, not as good as the Anime series.

Let's start off with Aang being released within the ice. No it wasn't the lovely Katara's waterbending that freed him, it was Sokka's good old boomerang in the hands of Katara that freed Aang.

They messed a lot of other bits in the movie of Book one of Avatar pretty badley.
1. There was no Suki, o the Kyoshi Warrior

So I was Leggere Shadow of Kyoshi and I found two little things that pertain to the upbringing and social rules of the fuoco Nation. The first is, “Avatar Szeto was an ideal for us officials to live up to, and a shining example of fuoco Nation values in general. He was behind her. His hand running through her dirty raven hair. One of his fingers got caught in the tangles. Her jerked it out, pulling a few strands with it. Her scalp painfully pinching as her hair released its hold on her flesh.

Her unfocused eyes wandered around the room.

Narrow.

Dim.

Of an off white, yellowing color.

She felt a hand on her shoulder.

There was a door.

The shoulder left her arm. Her eyes settled on his lips. They were moving, saying words. She heard no sound…not through the loud fuzz in her head....
