That other picture was taken when she was about sixteen where as the other one is more recent. If we're going to change the icon there are a few things to take into account.

1.It should reflect her new style to keep it updated. Not a picture that is older than the current one, that's basically a downgrade.

2.It should match with the banner so the club's look isn't so grating and off-putting.

3.If this club was more active I would suggest that we have a forum to let others have a chance to submit ideas for an icon and a banner. As well as have people agree about having a new look for the club and not just change it for the sake of change and because one person doesn't like the look. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of people active on this club so a forum would be a waste of time.

Anyway, should we get a new icon for the club, this candidate isn't a good choice since it's a downgrade compared to the current one, it doesn't represent her new style, and it doesn't go with the banner (which would also need to be changed if the icon does too). No offense.

Now this is more of what you do for an updated icon for a club. It represents her new style and has more work put into it than just some picture that was googled and had no work put into it.
