So cute doesn't look real. This is an Exotic Shorthair. Is very much a short haired version of a Persian as far as conformation, temperament & health problems. Only need to wipe eyes, not so much grooming. Has been a breed recognized da CFA since 1966 as of 1987 was a purebred(no outcrossing with Persians etc.)

da the looks of it . . ., I think the closest breed that seems to look like it would be a Turkish furgone, van (yes that's a breed of cat), but if it has black spots/patches on it too, then its a Japanese Bobtail. But it looks like a stuffed cat to me :)!!
