Banners 1 and 2 are not the correct size, so if either of them were uploaded to the spot they would be blurry, fuzzy and/or stretched. If we can get some confirmation that banner 1 will be cropped before it is uploaded, then it gets my vote.

It won't be blurry, it will be perfect. It would be blurry if it would be smaller then 800x100. I saw much bigger banners as a spot look banner and it matchs perfectly.

It will blur/stretch because it doesn't scale down to 800x100. Banners can be a lot bigger than 800x100, but they must scale down to exactly 800x100, or they will lose their quality once uploaded to the spot.
