Help me understand please!

If te haven't seen Chuck vs. the Murderer, this contains a *SPOILER* *SPOILER*

If te have, I want to make sure I'm clear. At the very end, when Chuck and Ellies' dad's laptop scans Ellie, did it seriously say "Agent X Files"!? So...is this implying that somehow...Ellie is an agent? If so...Woah.

Please help me out. I want to make sure I'm clear on this. =)

Yeah. If she IS somehow an agent, she's obviously got no knowledge of it what so ever.

Yeah, I think that's the point that none of us know, it's still a mystery at this point... I think it's going to give Ellie a bigger role in the "spy" life though, I'm intrigued!

Ohh, that would make sense,,,maybe agent x could be orion him self....Like, when it scaned her, it was just to know if someone related to him?..idk, its just an idea..
