I'm a bit late on the Gamon/Sage shower-sex scene and I have to say, I am not upset. Not one little bit.
Think about this:
would te rather Damon to wait for Elena being all pathetic, brooding and just standing in the back without something interesting
o
would te rather Damon to wait for Elena hooking up with other girls, having fun... aka being the Damon we knew in S1?

- There is a huge bonding moment for Damon and Elena (And Damon and Stefan) in episode 3x20

- There is a DE scene in 3x16 pretty early on (we get at least 2)
